Leadership Health Care Announces 2022–2023 Board of Directors

Leadership Health Care (LHC), an initiative of the Nashville Health Care Council, announces the appointment of its 2022-2023 board of directors, effective as of July 1, 2022. Drake Jarman, SVP growth and development, Contessa, has been named board chairman, and Michaela Poizner, partner, Baker Donelson, will serve as board vice chairman.

“As we celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Leadership Health Care, it is an honor to serve this tremendous organization and further the legacy of the leaders before me. Our board is excited to usher in the next decade of LHC members, where we will cultivate the talent of health care professionals into tomorrow’s health care leaders,” said Jarman.

The following new directors join the LHC Board for three-year terms:

  • Sarah Bouldin, Director, Digital Marketing, Centerstone
  • Michael Graham, Assistant Director, Marketing and Engagement, Vanderbilt Health
  • James Porter, AVP, Provider Engagement, Monogram Health

Sarah Matthews, a health care MBA candidate at Lipscomb University, joins the board in a one-year student seat. Andrea Cleeton, VP, Operations Improvement, LifePoint Health and immediate past board chairman, will continue to serve on the board this year.
