Molly Vice promoted to Vice President of Member Engagement and Programming
Council veteran to lead expanded member engagement program
The Nashville Health Care Council announces the promotion of Molly Vice to the newly created position of Vice President of Member Engagement and Programming. Vice assumed the role on November 1st.
“In addition to being an energetic leader and great communicator, Molly is an incredible relationship builder who understands how to help members build meaningful business connections,” said Apryl Childs-Potter, president of the Nashville Health Care Council. “We are excited for her expanded leadership role within the team and know she will contribute significantly to the Council’s future-focused momentum. ”Vice’s appointment is one of several organizational changes underway intended to more closely align the Council and its programming to the needs and interests of its membership, according to Childs-Potter. Childs-Potter was appointed to the role of president in May of 2022.
“I am thrilled to step into an expanded role to continue to align the Council’s many powerful programs in ways that deliver more value to our members and more impact for the Nashville healthcare community,” said Vice. “The relationships our members build through the Council’s engagement opportunities will continue to showcase the collaborative spirit of Nashville’s healthcare industry.”
In this role, Vice is responsible for developing strategies, tactics, and programs to engage members, drive revenue growth and increase market share for the Council and its programs. She will serve on the Council’s leadership team.
Vice has a strong history in member associations. She served as senior director of Leadership Health Care (LHC), a cornerstone Council program dedicated to nurturing the talents of Nashville’s next generation of healthcare industry leaders. Vice worked at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce for four years and served as client relations manager for the start-up team for Scout Properties. Vice began her career in Nashville with Alpha Omicron Pi (AOII) International Headquarters, where she served as the alumnae development administrator.
A Kentucky native, Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and tourism from the University of Kentucky.
