The Nashville Health Care Council has announced the Spring 2026 class of the Leadership Health Care (LHC) Cohort, welcoming 15 emerging healthcare leaders from across the industry. Designed to foster peer connection and practical leadership growth, the program reflects the Council’s commitment to developing the next generation of leaders through meaningful dialogue, diverse perspectives, and real-world insight. Participants represent a variety of sectors and roles—bringing together a broad range of experiences to shape the future of healthcare leadership.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. Jan 9, 2026 The Nashville Health Care Council is proud to introduce the Spring 2026 Leadership Health Care (LHC) Finance Cohort — a select group of rising healthcare professionals from across the healthcare industry

The spring cohort will be led by John Murdock, Principal, Strategic Planning, Shore Capital Partners.  Over the course of six one-hour sessions, participants will gain real-world leadership insights from guest speakers and practical tools to elevate their organizational impact alongside a tight-knit group of peers, enriching their knowledge and network across the healthcare industry.
