The Nashville Health Care Council is pleased to announce the addition of a new staff member and two staff promotions.
David Greider will serve as director of membership services for the Council. In this position, he is responsible for developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive member retention and renewal program. This position is a key point of contact between members and the Council and includes relationship building with industry leaders. Before joining the Council, Greider served as membership and outreach manager for the Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM). For five years, he directed all aspects of CNM’s membership, a network of more than 800 nonprofit agencies. Greider received his M.B.A. from Lipscomb University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Tennessee State University. He led Nashville’s Young Nonprofit Professional’s group for four years and is a 2012 Nashville Emerging Leaders alumni.
Kalyn Dennis has been promoted to deputy director of talent development, after serving as program manager for the Council for three years. In this new role, she will provide support for talent development activities including Leadership Health Care (LHC) and partnerships with academic institutions. Dennis joined the Council after previously serving as executive coordinator with Nashville Capital Network, Tennessee’s leading network of angel investors.
Molly Vice was recently named director of events and is responsible for the execution, implementation and management of Council events, including Council Fellows and Leadership Health Care activities. She previously served as program manager for the Council, joining the team after four years as event manager for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.
“The Council’s role in Nashville’s health care community continues to expand and strengthen, and our staff is evolving to meet the needs of our members,” said Hayley Hovious, president of the Council. “I am happy to welcome David to the team and to have Kalyn and Molly take on broader roles in support of our efforts.”
