NASHVILLE – The Nashville Health Care Council announces new staff roles.
“The Council has an outstanding team working together to further establish Nashville’s position as the nation’s health care industry capital,” said Council President Caroline Young. “Supported by strong board leadership, we are well positioned to serve as a resource to our more than 215 member organizations and the broader health care industry here in Nashville.”
- Jamie Lee was promoted to vice president, Operations and Events. Jamie joined the Council as director of events and sponsorships in 2008. She is responsible for the organization’s internal process and support functions, as well as the execution and implementation of Council and Leadership Health Care events including sponsorship retention and fulfillment. Immediately prior to joining the Council, Jamie was manager of Marketing and Public Relations at Cross Country Education, a national continuing education company for health care professionals. She also served as vice president of Sales and Marketing for Envision, Inc., producers of educational video programs for the health care industry.
- Jenni Bradley has taken the new role of program manager after serving as project coordinator for the past year. In this capacity, Jenni provides logistical support for Council and Leadership Health Care events and assists with Council and Leadership Health Care special projects. Before joining the Council, Jenni worked at the U.S. Department of Education in Washington, D.C., where she served as the coordinator of Scheduling and Events in the Office of Legislative and Congressional Affairs, and later worked in the White House Office of Presidential Correspondence as a gift analyst. She began her career in the Washington, D.C. office of Congressman John J. Duncan, Jr., where she served as legislative correspondent and staff assistant.
- Susan Hanson has joined the Council as administrative assistant. In this position, Susan supports Council and Leadership Health Care programs and events, and performs and manages office administrative duties. Prior to joining the Council, Susan worked at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce since 1993 as events manager, among many other roles.
