Nashville Health Care Council Announces Strategic Promotions as Organization Enters Inaugural Year as Independent Entity 

NASHVILLE, Tenn. January 13, 2026 — The Nashville Health Care Council today announced a series of key internal promotions, signaling continued momentum and intentional investment as the organization enters its inaugural year as an independent entity, effective January 1, 2026.  

Following its formal separation from the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Council is strengthening its internal team to support expanded programming, deepen member engagement, and advance its mission of strengthening and elevating Nashville as the Healthcare City by convening and connecting healthcare leaders of every level in Nashville and beyond. 

Key Promotions 

The Council has promoted the following team members into expanded leadership roles, reflecting both organizational growth and a commitment to developing internal talent: 

  • Sarah Maxwell, Senior Vice President of Brand and Operations, previously Vice President of Brand and Operations.  
  • Lydie Marc, Vice President of Education and Talent Development, previously Senior Director of Education and Talent Development 
  • Danielle Wood, Senior Director of Member Engagement, previously Director of Member Engagement  
  • Clay Hatton, Senior Manager, Educational Programming and Talent Development, previously Operations Specialist, Strategic Initiatives and Events
